Single Touch Payroll

Marlin HR now offers Single Touch Payroll, an easier way to report to the ATO. Run your pays as normal and let Marlin HR handle the tricky stuff.

Comprehensive Payslips

Marlin HR will generate payslips with all the information you require including pay rates, leave balances, superannuation and adjustments plus much more. Marlin HR will even email the payslips out if requested.

Future Leave Planning

Marlin HR has the ability to future date leave entries if one of your employees wants to take some planned leave down the track.


Leave Types

Marlin HR enables you to handle and track all the standard leave types an employee may accrue, as well as the flexibility to create your own for specific circumstances.

Salary Sacrifice Arrangements

Marlin HR allows for businesses to setup and handle Salary Sacrifice for participating employees.

Super & ABA Management

Marlin HR allows you to setup and apply super funds to employees effortlessly and to easily create SuperStream payment files for processing by your chosen super fund or clearing house. Marlin HR also automatically creates ABA compliant banking files for processing by your bank, enabling you to pay a large number of employees in mere seconds.


Standalone or integrated with Marlin GTX, our software has the flexibility to operate without the full POS Solution, alternatively it compliments and streamlines our Marlin GTX product to give a complete business solution.

Marlin HR can be paid for as an upfront license and ongoing support or alternatively via a low monthly subscription fee, making it easily affordable for the smallest of businesses.

Marlin GTX users will be able to pay for Marlin HR based on the time saved by the Marlin HR system being directly integrated into the Marlin GTX General Ledger. This means no more time-consuming journal entries required from your payroll to Marlin GTX.
